Gearing Up for Gym

Here’s the biggest question when it comes to packing for your gym. What should I bring? Some of us pack almost nothing to gym while others stuff in whatever they can to survive a zombie apocalypse. We’re leaving out the protein stacks and pre-packed food the bulk junkies bring, and looking at the essentials that everyone should have. If you planning on lifting weights and really into bending bars, you might want to include lifting gloves, straps, knee and wrist guards and lifting belt into this list.
